Automatic systems for continuous preparation of cemical solutions from powder or emulsion, made of high density polyethylene. preparation capacity up to 12000 l/h in concentrations 1 to 5 g/l or more, according to the dosing device applied.
Continuous, entirely automated, powdered polyelectrolyte preparation system APM
This system enables fully automatic operation allowing a high quality end product to be achieved. Preparation capacity up to 12000 l/h in concentrations from 1 to 5 g/l, for 30 and 45 minute maturing times.
- Triple chamber tank (preparation/maturation/dosing) constructed in high den¬sity polyethylene (offering a good level of resistance in aggressive environments)
- Control panel, with system synoptics and opera¬tion switch, provides a complete control over the unit.
- Ultra-sonic level probe (which does not have a con¬tact with fluid), installed on the last chamber, allows for the unit’s independence to be monitored continually and even sets off maximum and minimum level alarms, displaying the information on the screen, a light signal and the corresponding contact on the control panel.
- Flow meter regulates the amount of water that is being introduced into the system and provides information on the screen, guar¬anteeing a dilution flow within the established parameters.
- Low speed agitators, with 316 stainless steel shaft and propeller, are installed in the preparation and maturing chambers, thus ensuring the homogeneity of the final product (the third agitator in dosing chamber is optional). Possibility to program the operation of these mixers allows for better energy consumption.
- Simple calibration procedure ensures accurate and economical powdered polymer preparation (in accordance with the selected concentration and current flow rate, electronic variator positions the powder feeder to achieve the desired concentration).
Continuous, entirely automated, powdered products preparation system APM – compact
This system enables fully automatic operation allowing a high quality end product to be achieved. Four models, from 500 to 2000 liters of capacity, are available, with concentrations accord¬ing to the dosing device applied.
- Regulation of water flow and powder feeder speed enables the continuous preparation of solutions with different concentrations.
- Ideal for lime and charcoal preparation, dilution of chemicals such as permaganate, polyphosphates and other powder products.
- Within each system there is a tank with two separate volumes, devided by the flat half-moon section. Tank is constructed of high den¬sity polyethylene, offering a good level of resistance in aggressive environments.
- The level probe controls the entry of water in the dilution chamber by the solenoid valve, when the level of water drops below the minimum. When the maximum level is reached, the level probe rises up and the solenoid valve cuts the water flow. The solution is concentrated in the lower compartment and through the turmoil of the propellers, moves up to higher levels.
- Rotameter and valve adjustment, ensures a dilution flow for the proper functioning of the preparation within the established parameters.
- The low-speed agitator with shaft and two stainless steel propellers, installed in two chambers, ensures the homogeneity of the final product
- Due to the geometry of the unit and the circuit of water and chemicals, preparation of reagents free of insoluble is provided.
- Control panel with switches and signal LED in¬dicators, with trend of the functioning of various elements, provides the operator total control of the unit.
Continuous, entirely automated, emulsion polyelectrolyte preparation system ALM
This system enables fully automatic operation allowing a high quality end product to be achieved. Preparation capacity up to 6800 l/h in concentrations from 1 to 5 g/l, for 15 and 30 minute maturing times.
- Triple chamber tank (emulsion storage/maturation/dosing) constructed in high den¬sity polyethylene (offering a good level of resistance in aggressive environments)
- Automatic graphical console, installed as part of command, provides the operator access to all relevant process parameters (wa¬ter flow, selected concentration, the state of operation and active alarms).
- Ultra-sonic level probe (which does not have a con¬tact with fluid), installed on the last chamber in acrylic housing, activates the water flow (solenoid valve) into the chamber for preparation when the level drops below the minimum, and stops the water flow when it reaches a maximum level. It also enables the activation of alarms for maximum and minimum levels.
- Flow meter, pressure reducing valve and solenoid (flow shut-off ) valve allows continuous regulation of water that is being introduced into the system, guaranteeing the dilution flow within the established parameters.
- Low speed agitators, with 316 stainless steel shaft and propeller, is installed in the maturation chamber, thus ensuring the homogeneity of the final product (the second agitator in dosing chamber is optional). Possibility to program the operation of these mixers allows for better energy consumption.
- Simple calibration procedure ensures accurate and economical emulsion polymer preparation (in accordance with the selected concentration and current flow rate a certain amount of emulsion is being dosed to achieve the desired concentration).
