Based on years of experience in manufacturing and servicing of chlorination equipment, AQUA INTERMA INŽENJERING company has developed a microprocessor device for automatic sodium hypochlorite dosing AU-2004 / 15.

All modern principles of computerized control and automation are applied in this device. The basic parts are electronic components made by highly regarded world manufacturers, combined with the management software developed in our company. All principles of water chlorination control are integrated into one universal program, which can be controlled via command panel in Serbian, English, Romanian language, or any other language on request.

Controller AU-2004 / 15 designed for automatic, continuous regulation of sodium hypochlorite dosing process in water disinfection, as well as for continuous measurement of residual chlorine in water.

Characteristics:

  • Microprocessor device that incorporates functions of residual chlorine analyzer and automatic chlorine dosing
  • Dosing adjustment according to flow and/or residual chlorine in water, in combination or individually
  • Sodium hypochlorite dosing with dosing pumps: pulse, 4-20ma or PWM
  • Command via control panel in Serbian, English, Romanian language, or any other language on request.
  • Touch screen display high resolution 4.3″
  • Connection for chlorine analyzer measuring cell (measuring cell can be ordered optionally) 4-20 ma
  • Connection for flow meter, 4-20 mA or pulse
  • Optional device can have one of the following communication ports:
    • Serial port(RS 232 or RS 485)
    • Ethernet port

    Communication protocol is according to the selected interface MODBUS RTU or MODBUS TCP.
