These pumps are driven by single-phase or three phase electric motor. They are used for dosing of large quantities of chemicals, from few liters to several hundred liters per hour. All pumps have the option of manual stroke length adjustment of the piston / diaphragm. On request, pumps can be equiped with integrated control unit that allows flow rate adjustment based on the external signal.
There are two models of motor driven pumps:
- diaphragm pumps
- piston pumps
Standard pump head materials are PVC, PVDF or AISI 316L. There are also sevelal check valve designs, depending on the type of chemical that is dosed (chlorine compounds, aluminum sulphate, polyelectrolyte, acids and so on. On user’s request, pump head and check valves can be made of other materials such as PTFE, PVDF or polypropylene. According to the reference from the flow diagram of the pump, there are many different models, defined by the piston/diaphragm diameter, pressure, capacity, type of valves and sealing materials. These combinations provide customers a large range of models, depending on the type of chemical that is dosed.
